A 90-acre parcel of land within the Rutland space of Kelowna has gone in the marketplace for $37 million.
It’s not listed via any realtor however is posted on the For Sale by Proprietor Inc. web site.
It’s 90.19 acres at 1151 McKenzie Rd., which is north of the Toovey Highway subdivision and west of the Black Mountain Golf Course.
